  1. Fat- and water-soluble vitamins should be consumed at the day.

  3. Vit –C and Vit-D both are water soluble vitamins ,but still  it is advised to consume Vit C ,at least 2 hours after Vit B, as  Vit-C reduced  the amount of B12 being absorbed and metabolized if taken together.
